About

Franck MOULIUS, 47 years old, addictology professional for 24 years, actor on the techno and clubbing scene since 1992. Trained as a specialist educator, university graduate in addictology, also trainer for Association Addictions France and independent. I have been practicing since 1998 in the field of addictology and harm reduction in the festive environment. Since its creation in 2007, I have participated in the FETEZ CLAIRS scheme. And since 2018, I have been the coordinator of the FETEZ CLAIRS system run by Association Addictions France. Co-founder / treasurer of the association NOCTAMBULES CITOYENS.
